确定转轮前方未扰流场是水轮机流场分析和转轮设计的首要条件。过去这一任务大都依靠统计资料来完成,但由于它有局限性,甚至许多场合无资料可循,因而给求解问题带来困难和随意性,造成较大的误差。过去还用两种近似方法,即假定轴面流动有势和假定轴面流动沿其过水断面均匀来给出来流流场,但这两种方法所给出的结果可能有较大的差别,也不能令人满意。为此,本文从流体运动的基础方程—欧拉方程出发,利用透平机械流场计算的准三元法,以给出转轮来流流场,可使这一问题的解答较为接近实际。
Determining the undisturbed flow field in front of the runner is the primary condition for turbine flow field analysis and runner design. In the past, most of this task was accomplished by using statistical data. However, due to its limitations and even the lack of information on many occasions, difficulties and arbitrariness were caused in the solution to the problem, resulting in large errors. In the past, two similar methods were used, namely, assuming that the axial flow potential and axial flow are assumed to be uniform along the cross-section of the flow field, the results given by the two methods may differ greatly, Also unsatisfactory. Therefore, starting from the Euler equation, which is the basic equation of fluid motion, this paper uses the quasi-ternary method to calculate the turbine flow field to give the flow field of the rotor flow, which can make the solution of this problem more realistic.
