目的 :了解一侧后牙缺失及偏侧咀嚼对颞下颌关节血流的影响。方法 :在中国实验用小型猪拔除一侧后牙并在拔牙前后不同时间用核素三相骨显像方法观察颞下颌关节血流变化情况。结果 :一侧后牙缺失后 1个月时 ,失牙侧关节血流相时间 放射性强度曲峰值降低 ,血流到达时间延迟 ;血池相和延迟相的放射性计数值比值增大 ;牙缺失 3个月时 ,失牙侧颞下颌关节血流到达时间更晚 ,血池相和延迟相的计数值更大。非失牙侧关节区血池相在拔牙后 1个月时放射性计数值比值升高 ,至 3个月时未再明显升高。结论 :一侧后牙缺失会影响两侧颞下颌关节的血流 ,以失牙侧受累为重 ,且随时间迁延加重。
Objective: To understand the effect of unilateral posterior teeth missing and unilateral chewing on temporomandibular joint blood flow. Methods: After removing the posterior teeth of a miniature pig in China and observing the changes of temporomandibular joint blood flow by using three-phase radionuclide imaging at different time before and after tooth extraction. Results: One month after the loss of one side of the posterior teeth, the peak value of radioactivity intensity in the time of disappearance of the side of the tooth on the side of the tooth decreased and the arrival time of the blood flow was delayed. The radioactive count value of the blood pool phase and the delayed phase increased. Month, the odontoid side of the temporomandibular joint blood flow arrival time later, the blood pool phase and delayed phase count values greater. The ratio of radioactive counts increased at 1 month after tooth extraction in the non-lost side of the pool of blood in the lateral joint area, and did not increase significantly at 3 months. Conclusion: Loss of one side of the posterior teeth affects the temporomandibular joint on both sides of the blood flow, with the loss of the tooth side as the most important, and with the increasing delay.
