目的了解深圳市公立与民办社区卫生服务站护士工作压力水平及一般情况。方法采取便利抽样,抽取深圳市公立与民办社区卫生服务站从事护理工作的护理人员303例。采用社区护士一般情况调查表、工作应激源量表、社会支持评定量表调查其工作压力水平及一般情况。结果 283例社区护士完成调查。民办社区卫生服务站社区护士工作压力源总分及护理专业及工作方面、时间分配及工作量方面、工作环境及设备方面3个维度得分低于公立社区卫生服务站护士(P<0.05);两组年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、职称、月收入、从事护理工作年限、从事社区护理工作年限存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论民办社区卫生服务站护士工作压力水平低于公立社区,两组护士一般情况差异较大。
Objective To understand the working pressure level and general situation of nurses in public and private community health service stations in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 303 nursing staff engaged in nursing work were randomly sampled from Shenzhen public and private community health service stations. Using the general questionnaire of community nurses, working stressors, social support rating scale to investigate the level of their work stress and the general situation. Results 283 community nurses completed the survey. The scores of working environment and equipment in three dimensions of work environment and equipment of nurses in community health service stations of community nurses were lower than that of public community health service nurses (P <0.05); There were significant differences in age, education level, marital status, job title, monthly income, years of work experience in nursing and length of work in community care (P <0.05). Conclusion The working pressure of nurses in private community health service stations is lower than that in public communities, and the nurses in both groups generally have different situations.
