通过对杭州市独立坐落的21座政府机关办公建筑形态、建筑设备、管理措施以及建筑能耗的调查,分析案例建筑用能的特点以及与相关因素的关系,得出结论:空调采暖能耗占建筑总能耗的33%左右,其中夏季能耗最高,冬季能耗是夏季的75%。而各相关因素中空调设备的选型、建筑中庭的设计都与机关办公建筑能耗有着密切的关系,在一定建筑面积以下建筑规模与单位面积能耗之间的关系不明显,超过一定建筑面积后建筑规模的影响较为明显。
Through the investigation of the building form, construction equipment, management measures and building energy consumption of 21 government offices independently located in Hangzhou City, this paper analyzes the characteristics of case building energy use and the relationship with relevant factors, and concludes that the energy consumption of air conditioning and heating accounts for The total building energy consumption is about 33%, of which the highest energy consumption in summer, winter energy consumption is 75% of summer.
