如今,企业最稀缺的既不是顾客、技术,也不是资本,而是人才。特别是目前IT业迅速发展,企业间的商业竞争越来越激烈,人才短缺是企业成长的最大障碍,解决人才短缺已成为企业战略的重中之重。由于人才市场上有经验的IT专家短缺,现在国内很多跨国公司、外资公司、民营企业纷纷把眼光投向高校人才市场,为找到优秀的毕业生无不花费心思:举办各式各样的宣讲会,组织专场招聘会,邀请学生参观访问,投放奖学金等等。
