本文旨在研究红尾皇冠的胚胎发育过程,以期为该鱼的规模化繁育及养殖技术的优化提供支持。对红尾皇冠受精卵进行连续观察,研究其胚胎发育过程。结果表明,红尾皇冠发育成熟的卵为端黄卵,呈卵圆形,淡黄色,具黏性,卵径在1.5 mm左右。在水温(30±0.5)℃水中孵化48 h可全部出膜,完成胚胎发育过程。研究认为红尾皇冠胚胎发育可分为受精卵阶段、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、神经胚期、器官形成期、孵出期等7个阶段。
The purpose of this paper is to study the process of embryonic development of red-tailed crown in order to provide support for the large-scale breeding of the fish and the optimization of culture technology. The red tailed crown fertilized eggs were observed continuously to study the embryonic development process. The results showed that the red-tailed crown mature egg is yellow-end egg, oval, yellowish, with a sticky, egg diameter of about 1.5 mm. In the water temperature (30 ± 0.5) ℃ 48 h incubation in water can be completely out of the membrane, the completion of embryonic development. Studies suggest that the red-tailed crown embryonic development can be divided into fertilized egg stage, cleavage stage, blastocyst stage, gastrulation stage, neuroblastography, organ formation, hatching and other seven stages.
