针对大排量高压往复泵注水过程的非线性、强耦合特性,首先搭建了一套恒压注水监控系统,通过现场试验得到恒压控制耦合规律。在此基础上以注水干压误差及其变化率作为输入变量,设计了模糊增益调整PID控制算法。最后进行常规PID控制算法、模糊增益调整PID控制算法仿真分析和恒压注水控制试验,结果表明,模糊增益调整PID控制算法能保证出口干压控制误差小于0.1MPa,且较好地抑制了水压超调量和系统振荡,验证了该控制算法应用于大排量高压往复泵注水系统中的可行性。
According to the nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics of water injection process of large displacement high pressure reciprocating pump, a set of constant pressure water injection monitoring system was set up and the coupling law of constant pressure control was obtained through field test. Based on this, taking the water injection pressure and its rate of change as input variables, a fuzzy gain adjustment PID control algorithm is designed. Finally, the conventional PID control algorithm, fuzzy gain adjustment PID control algorithm simulation analysis and constant pressure water injection control test are carried out. The results show that the fuzzy gain adjustment PID control algorithm can ensure that the output dry-pressure control error is less than 0.1MPa and the water pressure Overshoot and system oscillation, verify the feasibility of the control algorithm applied to large displacement high pressure reciprocating pump water injection system.
