1 临床资料 我科1 997 0 9/ 2 0 0 3 0 8采用沙培林联合顺铂胸腔内灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液4 3(男2 8,女1 5 )例,年龄35～72(平均5 6 .8)岁.对照组2 3(男1 5 ,女8)例,年龄37～73(平均5 7.6 )岁.应用沙培林前po消炎痛2 5mg ,应用顺铂前常规静滴恩丹西酮.根据B超定位首次抽出胸腔
1 Clinical data in our department 1 997 0 9/ 2 0 0 3 8 8 cases of malignant pleural effusion 4 3 (male 28, female 15) cases treated with saporin in combination with cisplatin intrapleural infusion, aged 35 to 72 (average 5 6 .8) years old. Control group 2 3 (male 1 5, female 8) cases, age 37-73 (mean 5 7.6) years old. Before application of Sha Peilin indomethacin 2 5mg, before the application of cisplatin conventional intravenous infusion Ondansetron. First extraction of chest cavity according to B-ultrasound
