The solubility and permeability of the compounds occupy an important position in the evaluation of oral absorption and bio-pharmacy classification systems of candidate drugs. Based on the characteristics of multi-component Chinese medicines, the proposed biopharmaceutics classification system is more suitable for the study of traditional Chinese medicine components. The popularization of spectrum-related technologies has provided a new way to search for the components of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) efficacy, while taking the intestinal absorption spectrum as the starting point, it avoids the complex distribution of the serum spectrum and the problems caused by the metabolic process, and is not easy to miss the non-absorption effective Component, more simple and more suitable for the study of the basis of compound pharmacodynamics. One-way in-vivo intestinal perfusion model is recognized as a model for studying drug absorption in vivo, which accurately simulates the in-vivo absorption of oral drugs to some extent and uses mesenteric blood sampling in combination with other techniques, which can more accurately reflect the components absorbed into the bloodstream , More suitable for biopharmaceutical classification system of traditional Chinese medicine and spectrum-related research, it is noteworthy that one-way in vivo intestinal perfusion actually reflects the apparent absorption of each component, to further understand its absorption mechanism, but also a combination of Unidirectional intestinal perfusion study of single drug and ingredient and in vivo absorption study. On the basis of single component research, we study the characteristics and rules under the multi-component environment, and return to the study of traditional Chinese medicine or compound as a whole. In recent years, unidirectional intestinal perfusion in the study of traditional Chinese medicine more and more applications. After reviewing nearly 20 years of literature, we analyzed over 200 articles screened for traditional Chinese medicine research. Based on the experience of the research group, we summarized their applications in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) active ingredients, single herbs, drug pairs and compound studies and their use For its further application in the study of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a reference.
