电力是钢铁企业生产中的一种重要能源,在整个流程的作业中具有举足轻重的地位。由于钢铁企业电力主要来源于两个部分,一个是自发电,另一个是外购电,如何合理搭配它们之间的比例就尤为重要。开展科学合理的电力生产和分析,对于电力生产调度、减少企业的经济成本,是一项很重要的工作。运用二分查找算法对钢铁联合企业的电力进行分析,阐述了其原理,并通过实例应用,说明该钢铁企业外购电比例为29.5%为最经济,与企业实际情况相符合。
Electricity is an important energy source in the production of steel enterprises and plays a decisive role in the operation of the whole process. As the power of iron and steel enterprises comes mainly from two parts, one is self-generating electricity, the other is purchased electricity, how to rationally match the ratio between them is particularly important. Carrying out scientific and rational electricity production and analysis is an important task for power production scheduling and reducing the economic cost of enterprises. The dichotomy search algorithm is used to analyze the electric power of the iron and steel conglomerate, and its principle is expounded. The application of the example shows that the ratio of 29.5% of purchased electricity of the iron and steel enterprise is the most economical, which is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise.
