结合四川地区生态环境,将高产、优质、多抗、广适作为育种目标选育玉米新品种。根据基因重组的原理,把含有热带种质的优良地方种与富含抗病、抗倒及耐旱等优良基因的PB类种质融合在一起,以此作为育种创新策略。成功选育出配合力高,抗病、抗逆性强、适应性广的优良自交系‘LSC107’,与自育系‘宜99-19’杂交育成玉米新品种‘万德1号’。试验结果表明:该品种产量高且稳产性好,品质优,抗病、抗倒伏能力强,适应性广,综合表现较好,适宜在四川平坝、丘陵地区种植。利用含有热带种质的优良玉米地方种质与PB类自交系进行杂交重组选育的自交系具有很高的一般高配合力和较强的适应性,组配的杂交种产量高,品质好,适应性广,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
Combined with the ecological environment in Sichuan, breeding high-yielding, high-quality, multi-resistance and wide-adaptability breeding new maize varieties. According to the principle of gene recombination, the excellent germplasm with tropical germplasm was fused with the PB germplasm which is rich in genes that are good for disease resistance, lodging resistance and drought tolerance as breeding strategies. A new inbred line ’LSC107’ with high combining ability, disease resistance, strong resistance and wide adaptability was successfully bred and a new maize variety ’Wande 1’ was bred with self - breeding line ’99-19’. The results showed that this variety had high yield and stable yield, good quality, disease resistance, lodging resistance, wide adaptability and comprehensive performance, which was suitable for planting in Pingba and hilly areas of Sichuan. Inbred lines with high quality maize hybrids and PB inbred lines with high quality maize hybrids with tropical germplasm had high general combining ability and strong adaptability.
