大学生心理援助方式是影响高校心理健康教育能否很好发挥作用的主要因素．本文通过调查问卷和访谈的形式,对大学生遇到心理困惑时所采取的心理援助方式及倾向性进行了调查和分析,并针对其反映出来的问题提出了对策建议．
Psychological aid to college students is a major factor influencing the mental health education in colleges and universities. This paper, through questionnaires and interviews, investigates and analyzes the psychological aid methods and tendencies taken by college students in psychological confusion and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems they reflect.
