前列腺癌的早期诊断对于选择有效的治疗方法至关重要。对我科１９８８年１１月至１９９８年１１月收治并明确诊断的４９例前列腺癌的直肠指诊（ＤＲＥ）、血清前列腺特异性抗原（ＰＳＡ）及经直肠前列腺穿刺活检方法进行了分析 ,并探讨三种方法单独与联合对前列腺癌的诊断价值
