目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定连理汤中人参皂苷Rb1含量的方法。方法:采用Zobax Extend-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水(25∶75);检测波长203 nm;流速1.0 mL·min-1;柱温40℃。结果:两个批次连理汤样品中人参皂苷Rb1含量分别为1.58 mg.g-1和1.47 mg·g-1。结论:方法稳定可靠,重复性好,可用于连理汤中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定并控制制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rb1 in Lianli Decoction by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: A mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (25:75) was used on a Zobax Extend-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 203 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: The contents of ginsenoside Rb1 were 1.58 mg.g-1 and 1.47 mg · g-1 in two batches of Lilium soup respectively. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable with good reproducibility. It can be used to determine the content of ginsenoside Rb1 in Lianlian Decoction and control the quality of preparation.
