米托蒽醌抗性相关7(mitoxantrone resistance7,MXR 7)基因又称磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3(glypi-can 3,GPC3),属于glypican家族。MXR7基因在成人除胎盘组织呈高表达外,仅在心、肺、肾、卵巢等少数组织中呈低表达;在Wilm’s瘤、成神经细胞瘤及米托蒽醌耐药胃癌细胞系中呈高表达。有文献[4]报道,MXR7基因在原发性肝癌中呈异常高表达,与原发性肝癌的发生、发展以及临床预后有密切的关系。本文就MXR7基因与原发性肝癌关系的研究进展作一综述。
The mitoxantrone resistance 7 (MXR 7) gene, also known as glypican 3 (GPC3), belongs to the glypican family. In addition to the high expression of the human placental tissue, MXR7 gene was only expressed in a few tissues such as heart, lung, kidney and ovary, and was highly expressed in Wilms’ tumor, neuroblastoma and mitoxantrone resistant gastric cancer cell lines . It has been reported in the literature [4] that MXR7 gene is highly expressed in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and is closely related to the occurrence, development and clinical prognosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between MXR7 gene and primary liver cancer.
