目的:探讨余杭区育龄夫妇生育二孩的意愿情况,提出促进二孩政策有效开展的相关干预措施。方法:对符合生育二胎的夫妇进行问卷调查,将调查结果统计分析,根据分析结果提出相应的政策。结果:发放的1 200份调查问卷分析结果显示,共有521对夫妇有生育二孩的意愿,并且生育时间主要集中在2017年;679对无该意愿,无意愿生育二孩的主要原因为无精力带孩子及太辛苦;分析母亲年龄、学历及母亲的工作状况对是否生育二孩有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:余杭区将迎来二胎生育高峰,尤其2017年,根据调查结果应采取相应措施包括教育条件、医疗环境等方法的推进。 Objective: To investigate the wishes of couples of childbearing age in Yuhang district to have two children, and propose relevant interventions to promote the effective implementation of the second child policy. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on couples who had a second child. The survey results were statistically analyzed and the corresponding policies were put forward based on the analysis results. Results: The analysis of 1,200 questionnaires released showed that a total of 521 couples had the desire to have two children, and the main growth period was in 2017; 679 of those who did not want to do so and did not intend to have their second child born without energy With children and too hard; analysis of the mother’s age, education and mother’s working conditions have significant differences (P <0.01). Conclusion: Yuhang District will have a second growth peak. In 2017, according to the survey results, corresponding measures should be taken including education conditions and medical environment.
