以小鼠为对象,采用肌糖原血清乳酸的含量变化等指标观察了新的功能食品公牛Ⅰ号的抗疲劳效果。结果表明,服用一定剂量,一定时间后的小鼠,其肌糖原含量比对照组显著增加,运动后血清乳酸有明显降低,提示公牛Ⅰ号有增强肌体对运动负荷的适应能力,抵抗疲劳产生和加快疲劳消除方面具有较明显的作用。
