目的评价厦门市2002～2007年实施世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目的效果。方法对2002～2007年厦门市结核病控制项目报表及相关资料进行分析和评价。结果全市以县区为单位DOTS策略覆盖率达100%;2002～2007年全市共发现活动性肺结核病人8082例,其中新涂阳肺结核病人2840例,新涂阳病人发现率平均达74.0%,呈逐年提高;新涂阳肺结核病人治愈率达89.5%。各项指标均达到世界卫生组织和卫生部要求的目标。结论厦门市实施世行项目效果显著,是实现结核病高发现率与高治愈率,全面控制结核病流行的有效方法与措施。
Objective To evaluate the effect of implementing World Bank loan / British grants tuberculosis control project from 2002 to 2007 in Xiamen City. Methods The report and relevant data of tuberculosis control project in Xiamen City from 2002 to 2007 were analyzed and evaluated. Results The coverage rate of DOTS in the county was 100%. From 2002 to 2007, a total of 8082 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were found in the city, including 2840 cases of new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis and 74.0% of new smear positive cases. Increased year by year; the new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis cure rate was 89.5%. The indicators meet the requirements of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health. Conclusion The implementation of World Bank project in Xiamen City has achieved remarkable results. It is an effective method and measure to achieve a high detection rate and a high cure rate of tuberculosis and to control the prevalence of tuberculosis in an all-round way.
