本研究通过用诺氏疟原虫的热稳定的血清可溶性抗原(S-抗原)作为疫苗,免疫恒河猴,再用同种疟原虫子孢子进行攻击,观察其免疫效能。用H株的诺氏疟原虫感染幼年恒河猴,当其感染的红细胞超过25%,而在裂殖体刚破裂或破裂后不久,收集血清,置于100C水浴中5分钟,然后用43,000×g离心30分钟,上清液即是S-抗原液,测定其蛋白含量,按10毫克分装入瓶,冻干,保存于-30C备用。
In this study, we immunized rhesus monkeys by using the thermostable serum soluble antigen (S-antigen) of Plasmodium knowlesi as the vaccine and attacked the sporozoites of Plasmodium falciparum to observe the immune efficacy. Juvenile Rhesus macaques were infected with H strain of P. nidulans when their infected erythrocytes exceeded 25%, sera were collected immediately after the schizonts had just ruptured or ruptured, placed in a 100 C water bath for 5 minutes and then treated with 43,000 × g centrifuged for 30 minutes, the supernatant is S-antigen solution, determination of its protein content, according to 10 mg into bottles, freeze-dried, stored at -30C for use.
