对SO_4~(2-)/Ba~(2+)法分离提纯Al_(13)形态的影响因素进行了研究 .实验结果表明,聚合铝浓度、SO_4/Al比、Ba/SO_4摩尔比、以及超声反应时间对分离效果具有较大的影响.较高浓度的聚合铝有利于沉淀的形成与分离.同时选用1:1的SO_4/Al与Ba/SO_4摩尔比以及2h的超声时间可以得到较好的分离效果.少量Ba~(+2)的共存对形态分析不产生影响.形态鉴定结果表明,经过上述分离条件所得产物形态为Al_(13).
The influencing factors on the separation and purification of Al_ (13) by SO_4 ~ (2 -) / Ba ~ (2+) method were studied.The experimental results showed that the effects of concentration of aluminum, SO_4 / Al ratio, Ba / SO_4 molar ratio, The reaction time has great influence on the separation effect.Polymeric aluminum with higher concentration is favorable for the formation and separation of the precipitates.When the molar ratio of SO 4 / Al to Ba / SO 4 is 1: 1 and the ultrasonic time is 2h, The separation effect was observed.The coexistence of a small amount of Ba ~ (+2) had no effect on the morphological analysis.The morphological identification results showed that the morphology of the product was Al 13 after the above separation conditions.
