Speaking of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), cardiovascular doctors can be described as love and hate. NSAIDs have a strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, especially for patients with osteoarthritis or gout. However, in the past clinical trials, NSAIDs also increased cardiovascular events, so cardiovascular physicians often use these drugs Cautious. The results of a recent long-lived, multicentre, randomized, double-blind, controlled trial released by the American Heart Association (AHA) may have implications for the clinical guidelines for revising NSAIDs applications.
