目的构建海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务核心能力的指标体系。方法采用德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询法等建立海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务核心能力的指标体系。结果专家函询的权威程度系数为0.825,判断系数为0.865,熟悉程度为0.785;海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务核心能力指标体系包括个人综合素质储备、远洋卫勤专业知识、远洋卫勤护理能力3部分,其中Ⅰ级指标3个,Ⅱ级指标29个。结论 Delphi法构建的海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务核心能力指标体系具有较高的权威性和科学性,为护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务系统岗前培训及护理人力资源的设置提供了参考,有利于海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障能力的整体提升。
Objective To construct the index system of naval nursing staffs’ core competencies in medical service for oceanic sanitation. Methods The index system of establishing the core competency of ocean health service for naval nurses was established by using the Delphi expert letter inquiry method. Results The degree of authority of experts was 0.825, the coefficient of judgment was 0.865, and the familiarity was 0.785. The index system of core competencies of naval nurses on ocean health care tasks included individual comprehensive quality reserve, ocean health professional knowledge, ocean health care ability 3 parts, of which Ⅰ level indicators 3, Ⅱ level indicators 29. Conclusion The index system of mission core competence for naval nurses in the ocean based on the Delphi method is highly authoritative and scientific. It provides a reference for the pre-service training and nursing human resources setting of the paramedics for ocean health medical service Which is conducive to the overall enhancement of the ability of naval nursing personnel in providing ocean medical services.
