乳腺癌标本83例,采用LSAB免疫组化法进行雌激素受体、孕激素受体和癌胚抗原检测,阳性率分别为59%、54%、82%。ER、PR的阳性表达随着癌组织分化程度的降低及淋巴结转移数目增多而减少,有明显的相关关系(P<0.01)。CEA的阳性率在乳腺癌组织分级上呈反相关关系(P<0.01),在淋巴结转移与非转移组中的表达相互比较,有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。同时进行乳腺癌ER、PR和CEA检测,对判断肿瘤的恶性程度,估计预后可起到互补的作用。
Eighty-three cases of breast cancer specimens were tested for estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, and carcinoembryonic antigen by LSAB immunohistochemistry. The positive rates were 59%, 54%, and 82%, respectively. The positive expression of ER and PR decreased with the degree of differentiation of cancer tissues and the number of lymph node metastasis, and there was a significant correlation (P<0.01). The positive rate of CEA was inversely related to the grading of breast cancer (P<0.01). There was a significant difference in the expression of CEA between lymph node metastasis and non-metastasis (P<0.01). Simultaneous breast cancer ER, PR and CEA detection, to determine the degree of malignancy of the tumor, the estimated prognosis can play a complementary role.
