钢筋混凝土筒仓是工业生产不可或缺的特种结构。改革开放以来,我国的科技发展迅猛,工业现代化呼唤更大产能生产线出现,对钢筋混凝土筒仓的容量和直径提出了更高的要求。大直径筒仓若仍沿用普通的设计方法,造成钢筋用量过大,既浪费了资源,又加大了钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑的难度。针对一个实际的工程案例,采用普通方法和环锚预应力技术两种方法分别进行设计,结果显示:采用环锚预应力技术的筒仓更有利于节约资源,缩短了施工周期,减少了工程造价和施工难度,取得了满意效果。
Reinforced concrete silos are indispensable industrial structures of special structures. Since the reform and opening up, the science and technology in our country has been developing rapidly. Industrial modernization has called for a larger capacity production line and put forward higher requirements on the capacity and diameter of reinforced concrete silos. If large-diameter silos are still using common design methods, resulting in excessive use of steel, not only a waste of resources, but also increase the steel banding, the difficulty of concrete pouring. Aiming at a practical engineering case, two methods of common method and prestressing of anchor ring were used respectively to design. The results show that the silo with prestressed anchor ring is more conducive to saving resources, shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost And construction difficulty, and achieved satisfactory results.
