大型覆盖件轮廓尺寸大、结构形状复杂、深度不匀、又不对称,一般需多道工序才能成形,拉延工序是其中的关键。本文以212吉普车的前围上板为例,论述了大型覆盖件拉延模的设计过程;分析零件的成形问题,来确定压过面和选择压延方向,分析拉延过程中材料的变形问题,来设计工艺补偿部分和分布拉延筋,从而确定拉延件的形状;根据产品的产量、模具制造周期和本厂模具生产能力来确定模具结构,以提高模具制造工艺性。
