目的:探讨超声动态观测胎儿睾丸下降时间、测量睾丸径线,在及时发现胎儿睾丸发育畸形的意义。方法:对孕龄18~40周的胎儿,采用超声诊断仪(探头频率3~5MHz)动态观测胎儿睾丸下降情况,并测量其大小。结果:正常男性胎儿于孕18周时可见阴茎反射,3%的胎儿于孕18周阴囊内可探及睾丸反射,18%胎儿于孕20周时阴囊内可见睾丸反射,85%胎儿于孕24周时阴囊内可探及双侧睾丸回声及有无鞘膜积液。结论:超声观测有利于了解胎儿睾丸降入阴囊和发育的状况。
Objective: To explore the dynamic observation of fetal testicular descent time, measuring testicular diameter, in time to find fetal testicular deformity significance. Methods: The gestational age fetus 18 to 40 weeks, the use of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus (probe frequency 3 ~ 5MHz) dynamic observation of fetal testicular decline, and measure the size. Results: The normal male fetus showed penile reflexes at 18 weeks of gestation, 3% of the fetuses could be detected in the scrotum and testicular reflexes at 18 weeks of gestation, and 18% of fetuses showed testicular reflex in the scrotum at 20 weeks’ gestation. 85% Weekly scrotal exploration and bilateral testicular echo and whether the hydrocele. Conclusion: Ultrasound is helpful to understand the condition of fetal testis dropping into the scrotum and developing.
