鞍山钢铁公司在继续抓好单体设备节能的同时,着眼于系统节能,一年多来,把提高鞍钢整体节能效益做为工作重点,着重正确处理了以下几个方面的关系: 1.上道工序节能与下道工序节能的关系。通过系统分析,找到了工序节能与降低全铁能耗的交叉效应,因而组织了铁以前系统,包括有矿山、烧结、焦化和炼铁参加的“55018”联合降焦比攻关。为了提高烧结矿质量,我们把烧结矿电耗定额由20kW·h/t提高到21kW·h/t,鼓励烧结机生产采用厚料层慢转。为了保证焦炭质量,我们把焦炉的燃耗定额提高,鼓励炼焦生产中提高焦饼中心温
