清西陵2000年成为世界遗产后开始发展旅游,但发展效果一直不显著,这与其世界级的资源价值不匹配。主要原因在于旅游开发进程缓慢,开发方向把握不准确。笔者认为旅游资源开发应当与目标客源市场的旅游需求对接,实现按需供给。文章分析了清西陵景区主要的旅游资源及其目标客源市场的旅游偏好,再根据其客源偏好和资源特性为清西陵的旅游开发提出方向性建议及相关意向性产品。
Qing Xiling began to develop tourism after becoming a World Heritage Site in 2000, but its development effect has been insignificant, which is incompatible with its world-class resource value. The main reason is that the tourism development process is slow and the development direction is not accurate. I believe that the development of tourism resources should be targeted tourism market demand docking, to achieve on-demand supply. This paper analyzes the main tourist resources of Xiling Scenic Area and the tourism preferences of its target market, and then proposes directional suggestions and related intentional products for the tourism development of Qing Xiling according to their source preferences and resource characteristics.
