劳资关系对于企业的生产经营以及员工的合法权益维护都有着重要的影响,构建良好的劳资关系不仅是企业长远稳定发展的需要,对于维护社会和谐,促进社会经济发展也具有重要的作用。本文针对企业劳资与社保管理,首先概述了企业劳资与社保管理工作现状,进而分析了企业劳资与社保管理中存在问题的主要成因,并就改善企业劳资与社保管理,提出了几项可行措施。
The relationship between employers and employees has an important influence on the production and operation of enterprises as well as the safeguarding of their legitimate rights and interests. Building a good relationship between labor and capital is not only the need for long-term and steady development of the enterprise, but also plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and promoting social and economic development. This paper first reviews the current situation of enterprise labor and social security management, and then analyzes the main causes of the problems in the management of enterprise labor and social security. It also proposes several feasible measures to improve the management of enterprise labor and social security.
