裂缝对于隧道的安全运营有着十分不利的影响。该文对云南地区多座连拱隧道的衬砌裂缝病害进行了现场调查与统计分析,得到衬砌裂缝的主要类型和分布特征规律,并就产生裂缝的主要影响因素进行了总结。在此基础上应用Abaqus有限元分析软件,分别考虑偏压、局部空洞和不均匀沉降的作用,对连拱隧道衬砌结构进行了数值模拟,分析了裂缝的分布及发展规律,总结了裂缝产生的主要原因,即衬砌的施工质量问题在偏压、局部空洞和不均匀沉降等外界因素的诱导下,导致隧道衬砌的开裂。
Cracks have a detrimental effect on the safe operation of tunnels. In this paper, on-site investigation and statistical analysis of the lining cracks in a number of multi-arch tunnels in Yunnan Province are carried out. The main types and distribution characteristics of the lining cracks are obtained and the main influencing factors of the cracks are summarized. On this basis, Abaqus finite element analysis software was used to simulate the lining structure of double-arch tunnel considering the effects of bias, local cavity and uneven settlement respectively. The distribution and development of cracks were analyzed, The main reason is that the construction quality of the lining is induced by the external factors such as bias, local cavity and uneven settlement, leading to the cracking of the tunnel lining.
