目的:探讨肠内营养的应用对结直肠癌腹腔镜手术患者围手术期的价值。方法:选择结直肠癌腹腔镜手术患者116例,按照随机分组分为观察组和对照组,每组各58例,对照组给予肠外营养支持,观察组给予肠内营养支持治疗,观察两组患者围手术期指标变化。结果:观察组患者免疫指标和炎症指标改善情况均优于对照组患者,组间资料比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对结直肠癌行腹腔镜手术患者给予肠内营养治疗可以有效改善患者免疫学和炎症反应指标,缩短手术后胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间,值得在临床上大力推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the value of enteral nutrition for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer during perioperative period. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients with colorectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was given parenteral nutrition support. The observation group was given enteral nutrition support. Perioperative changes in patients with indicators. Results: The improvement of immune index and inflammation index in the observation group were better than those in the control group. There were significant differences in the data between the two groups (P <0.05). The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were Shorter than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Enteral nutrition therapy for patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the immunological and inflammatory response indexes of patients and shorten the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
