锚杆在各种矿山、公路、铁路以及其他地下工程的广泛应用大大提高了安全生产水平。但是由于锚杆的工作环境恶劣,容易出现锈蚀、断裂等缺陷,锚杆缺陷带来严重的安全隐患。DSP是一种特别适合于进行数字信号处理运算的微处理器,其主要应用是实时快速地实现各种数字信号处理算法。将采集得到的数据,利用DSP结合小波变换对数据进行处理,可以有效地对锚杆实现无损检测。
Bolt in a variety of mines, highways, railways and other underground engineering has greatly enhanced the level of safety in production. However, due to the harsh working conditions of the anchor rod, prone to corrosion, rupture and other defects, bolt defects bring serious security risks. DSP is a microprocessor that is particularly suitable for digital signal processing operations, the main application is real-time and fast to achieve a variety of digital signal processing algorithms. The collected data, using DSP combined with wavelet transform data processing, can effectively achieve non-destructive testing of the bolt.
