为了提高滑石选矿的回收率,对魁北克省海沃特地区贝克滑石公司的浮选给矿样品进行了浮选试验。试验研究了一些可供选用的起泡剂/捕收剂和抑制剂,以及包括矿浆 PH、矿浆调整时间、起泡剂/捕收剂浓度和矿浆浓度在内的浮选参数。还研究了在比通常浮选粒度(-50微米占95%)更粗的情况下进行浮选的可能性。试验尽可能采用现有的工艺设备,目的是减少费用。通过试验,得到的最好结果是四次精选后,精矿的耐酸物达到95.96%,回收率65.98%。将精选尾矿循环,回收率还会更高一些。根据滑石在不用起泡剂/捕收剂时的自然浮游性能,试验研究了用另一种流程浮选滑石的可能性。研究取得了令人鼓舞的结果。
In order to increase the recovery rate of talc beneficiation, flotation tests were performed on the flotation feed samples of Beck’s Talc Company in Hayward, Quebec. A number of optional frothers / collectors and inhibitors were investigated and the flotation parameters including pulp pH, pulp conditioning time, foaming agent / collector concentration and pulp concentration were tested. Flotation was also investigated at thicker fines than the usual flotation particle size (95% at -50 microns). Try to use the existing process equipment, the purpose is to reduce costs. Through the experiment, the best result is that after four times of selection, the acid-proof of the concentrate reaches 95.96% and the recovery rate is 65.98%. The selected tailings recycling, the recovery rate will be higher. According to the natural floating properties of talc without blowing agent / collector, the possibility of flotation of talc by another process was investigated experimentally. The research has yielded encouraging results.
