党的十八大以来,镇纪委工作点多、线长、面广、压力大的特点更加显现,镇纪委干部队伍面临的任务更加艰巨。为推进镇纪委干部队伍建设,更好适应新形势、新任务要求,彭州市委、市纪委认真贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中全会精神,坚持忠诚、干净、担当的选人用人标准,鲜明崇尚实干的用人导向,不断规范干部选任工作,切实加大干部交流力度,规范镇纪委副书记的职级,明确镇纪委委员的设置,把镇纪委全体干部纳入办案津贴发放范围,较好地调动了干部的工作积极性,但也还存在一些不适应的地方。
