目的了解北京市海淀区职业卫生管理人员职业病防治知识、职业卫生态度和职业卫生行为,探讨健康教育对知信行的干预效果。方法对抽取的企业职业卫生管理人员进行问卷调查。结果职业卫生管理人员对职业病防治知识的知晓率由干预前的46.9%~92.2%提高至干预后的75.9%~96.6%。干预前职业卫生正面态度比例均高于90%,干预后达到100%。干预前职业卫生行为实施率较低,干预后都有显著改善。结论健康教育能提高企业管理人员的知信行,通过丰富健康教育的形式,建立正确的职业卫生监管模式,能提高企业的职业卫生管理水平。
Objective To understand the occupational disease prevention and control knowledge, occupational health attitude and occupational health behaviors among occupational health managers in Haidian District, Beijing, and to explore the effect of health education on the intervention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the sampled occupational health managers. Results The occupational health management awareness of occupational disease prevention knowledge increased from 46.9% to 92.2% before intervention to 75.9% to 96.6% after intervention. Pre-intervention occupational health positive attitude than 90%, after intervention reached 100%. Before the intervention, the implementation rate of occupational health behaviors was low, with significant improvement after intervention. Conclusion Health education can improve the creditworthiness of enterprise managers. By enriching the form of health education and establishing the proper occupational health supervision mode, health education can improve the occupational health management of enterprises.
