梁体温度变化引起的大跨度连续梁伸缩变形量较大,严重影响CPⅢ平面控制网的绝对及相对精度,导致其无法满足轨道检测、精调作业的需要。结合郑西高速铁路渭南河特大桥大跨度连续梁段落桥梁伸缩监测数据及轨道控制网维护的实际需求,对轨道控制网长期稳定性维护方法进行探讨。通过对梁体伸缩特性及监测数据进行分析,提出一种解决因梁体伸缩变形引起的CPⅢ点位坐标变化问题的方法。采用此方法,能够保持大跨度连续梁段落轨道控制网的长期稳定性,避免连续梁段落高频次的CPⅢ平面控制网复测。
Beam body temperature caused by large-span continuous beam expansion and contraction larger, seriously affecting the CP Ⅲ plane control network of absolute and relative accuracy, resulting in its inability to meet orbit detection, precision homework needs. The long-term stability maintenance method of orbit control network is discussed based on the monitoring data of long-span continuous girder bridges and the actual needs of the maintenance of orbit control network of Weinan River Super Large Bridge. By analyzing the telescopic characteristics and monitoring data of the beam body, a method to solve the problem of the change of coordinate point of CP Ⅲ caused by the telescopic deformation of the beam body is proposed. With this method, the long-term stability of the long-span continuous girder orbit control net can be maintained and the high-frequency CPⅢ planar control net retests of the continuous girder can be avoided.
