用电沉积法制备了Al2O3/Ni-Mn纳米复合材料,在不同温度和应变速率下进行了超塑拉伸试验和超塑胀形试验,并对该复合材料的断口进行了分析。结果表明,在超塑温度500℃、应变速率1.67×10-3s-1下,该复合材料的最大伸长率为530%;氧化铝颗粒的加入不仅细化了材料的晶粒,更提高了材料的韧性;在材料受热时,氧化铝颗粒对材料的晶粒长大有一定的抑制作用;该复合材料的最大相对胀形高度,即高径比达到1.616。
Al2O3 / Ni-Mn nanocomposites were prepared by electrodeposition method. The superplastic tensile test and superplastic bulging test were carried out under different temperature and strain rate, and the fracture of the composite was analyzed. The results show that the maximum elongation of the composites is 530% at the superplastic temperature of 500 ℃ and the strain rate of 1.67 × 10-3s-1. The addition of alumina particles not only refine the grain of the material, The toughness of the material; when the material is heated, the alumina particles have a certain inhibition effect on the grain growth of the material; the maximum relative bulging height of the composite material, that is, the aspect ratio reaches 1.616.
