若干激光传感器已开发并应用在高炉的操作和控制中。这些激光传感器有:循环区传感器、炉料高度传感器(一个位置)和炉料料面剖面仪。这些传感器以当代领先技术为基础,在应用中具有很高的准确性。借助于操作人员使用的工艺模型,对高炉正常运行期间传感器数据进行了分析研究,对喷吹煤粉的性能进行了探讨,对鼓风期间的循环区传感器测得数据也进行了讨论。
Several laser sensors have been developed and used in blast furnace operation and control. These laser sensors are: loop sensor, charge height sensor (one position) and charge material profiler. These sensors are based on state-of-the-art technology and are highly accurate in applications. By means of the process model used by the operator, the sensor data during blast furnace normal operation was analyzed, the performance of pulverized coal injection was discussed, and the measured data of the circulating zone sensor during blasting were also discussed.
