本文根据我所集体研究成果初步总结了常用的钢铁材料在各种服役条件下断裂失效的表征参量与强度、塑性、韧度的关系。主要结论为在一定服役条件下强度与塑性、韧度的适当配合可以得到这些参量的最佳值,而这个最佳值所要求的强度、塑性、韧度的配合随服役条件的改变而向一定的方向改变,这些变异的规律指出了一个在保证安全的条件下充分发挥材料强度潜力以达到提高材料的承载能力和延长使用寿命的途径。
Based on our collective research results, this paper summarizes the relationship between the characterization parameters of fracture failure and strength, ductility, toughness of commonly used steel materials under various service conditions. The main conclusion is that under certain service conditions, the optimum values of these parameters can be obtained by the proper combination of strength, ductility and toughness, and the strength, ductility and toughness required by this optimal value will be constant with the change of service conditions The rules of these variations point out a way to give full play to the material strength potential under the condition of ensuring safety so as to increase the carrying capacity of materials and prolong the service life.
