利用CFPS数据对人力资本投资、劳动力迁移与代际收入流动性的相关关系进行探讨,通过logistics模型和逐步回归分析发现教育在迁移决策中起到了重要推动作用并且迁移可以大幅度提高代际收入流动性。进一步分析发现,无论是对于迁移人群还是未迁移人群,人力资本投资都是提高代际收入流动性的有效方式。因此,要促进代际收入流动性提高,防止阶层固化,必须合理分配教育资源,完善社会保障制度,并且对落后地区加强职业培训及就业指导,降低高等教育的门槛,促进劳动力的迁移。
Using CFPS data to explore the relationship between human capital investment, labor migration and intergenerational income mobility, we find that education plays an important role in migration decision through logistics model and stepwise regression analysis, and migration can greatly improve intergenerational income mobility Sex. Further analysis found that, whether it is for migrants or non-migrants, human capital investment is an effective way to improve intergenerational income mobility. Therefore, to promote the generation mobility of intergenerational income and prevent the solidification of classes, we must rationally allocate educational resources and improve the social security system. We should also strengthen vocational training and employment guidance for underdeveloped areas, lower the threshold for higher education and promote the migration of labor force.
