在锥齿轮传动装置中,由于齿轮外形与正齿轮不同,油在齿轮箱内的工作状况也与在正齿轮传动装置中不同。以润滑方面而言,重要的是油能否供应到轮齿的工作表面,这与是否发生胶合特别有关。本文研究的就是螺旋锥齿轮的胶合。作者采用了功率循环锥齿轮试验机和模拟锥齿轮某些工作状况的滚轮试验装置,并对它们的试验结果作了比较。试验表明,螺旋锥齿轮的胶合与材料硬度、表面光洁度和温升的影响密切有关。
In bevel gear transmissions, as the gear profile is different from the spur gear, the oil in the gearbox also behaves differently than in the spur gear. In terms of lubrication, it is important that the oil be supplied to the working surfaces of the gear teeth, which is particularly relevant if gluing occurs. This article is about the spiral bevel gear gluing. The author used the power cycle bevel gear test machine and some of the working conditions of the bevel gear wheel test device, and their test results were compared. Experiments show that the spiral bevel gear bonding and material hardness, surface finish and temperature are closely related.
