本文从中国国民经济与民营经济发展的现状出发,考察了民营企业近些年的绩效表现,发现民营企业绩效良好,不过依然存在对民营经济立法保护不足以及融资难等问题。而垄断国企由于存在资源配置低效率问题,绩效表现不如民营企业。因此本文建议进一步放开垄断行业,准予民营经济进入以达到更高的资源配置效率。 Based on the current situation of China’s national economy and private economy, this paper examines the performance of private-owned enterprises in recent years and finds that the performance of private-owned enterprises is good. However, there are still some problems such as inadequate protection of private economy legislation and financing difficulties. The monopoly state-owned enterprises due to the inefficient allocation of resources problems, performance is not as good as private enterprises. Therefore, this article suggests further liberalizing the monopoly industries and allowing the private economy to enter in order to achieve higher resource allocation efficiency.
