课程是学校教育活动的核心,课程改革是提高教育质量的根本措施。幼儿师范教育的改革,关键在体制,重点在课程,它决定着幼儿教师教育机构人才培养目标的实现,决定着幼儿教师的整体质量,是幼儿教师专业发展的基本保证。本文通过分析得知,学生自身的知识层次是课程改革必须考虑的最主要的因素,社会发展需求对人才模式的要求也是必不可少的影响因素。
Curriculum is the core of school education activities. Curriculum reform is the fundamental measure to improve the quality of education. The key to the reform of preschool teacher education lies in the system and the emphasis is on the curriculum. It determines the realization of the goal of personnel training in kindergarten teacher education institutions and determines the overall quality of kindergarten teachers. It is the basic guarantee for kindergarten teachers’ professional development. Through analyzing, we know that students’ own knowledge level is the most important factor which must be considered in curriculum reform. The demand of social development needs for talent mode is also an indispensable influential factor.
