目的:对毛花柱忍冬花蕾中的三萜皂苷成分进行分离和鉴定。方法:运用柱层析等方法分离纯化化合物,通过波谱解析和理化鉴别进行结构鉴定。结果:从毛花柱忍冬花蕾中得到4个三萜皂苷:3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→3)-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-O-(3-O-咖啡酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(1),灰毡毛忍冬皂苷甲(2),川续断皂苷乙(3),常春藤皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4)。结论:化合物1为新化合物也是从忍冬属中分离出的第一个具有咖啡酰基取代的三萜皂苷,化合物2~4均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify triterpenoid saponins from the flower buds of Lolium. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and the structures were identified by spectral analysis and physicochemical identification. RESULTS: Four triterpene saponins were obtained from the buds of L. capsularis: 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl (1→3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2) )-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl Aglycone-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→6)-O-(3-O-caffeoyl)-β-D -glucopyranoside (1), L. saponin A (2), saponin B (3), and 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranyl (1) → 2) -O-α-L-arabinofuranoside (4). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new compound that is also the first triacyl saponin with coffee oleoyl substitution isolated from Lonicera. Compounds 2-4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
