国有企业退休人员管理工作是我国养老保障工作的重要组成部分,其管理水平将直接关系到退休人员的养老金领取、保险报销的效率及生活质量。然而现阶段在我国国有企业退休人员管理过程中,依然存在着诸多不容忽视的问题,有待于进一步的解决与完善。笔者就现阶段我国国有企业退休人员管理存在的问题作了简要的分析与探讨,并提出了提升国有企业退休人员管理服务水平的举措,希望能为实际工作起到一定的指导作用。
The management of retirees in state-owned enterprises is an important component of China’s pension insurance. Its management level will be directly related to pensioners’ retirement benefits, the efficiency of insurance reimbursement and the quality of life. However, at present, there are still many problems that can not be ignored in the process of management of retirees in state-owned enterprises in our country and needs to be further solved and improved. The author briefly analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the management of retirees in state-owned enterprises at this stage and puts forward some measures to improve the management and service level for the retirees in state-owned enterprises. It is hoped that this can play a guiding role in practical work.
