主要分析了液压支架电液控制阀主阀的结构特点及其在海德汉iTNC 530数控编程系统中的编程应用以及海德汉iTNC 530编程系统的特点。其中对主阀深长孔、群孔、凸台加工工序规划以及加工工艺分析作了详细阐述。海德汉iTNC 530系统配合DMU 85mono BLOCK五轴加工中心实现了高速、高精和高表面质量加工,并能充分满足液压支架电液控制阀主阀对加工精度的要求,可广泛应用于具有五轴加工功能的数控机床中。
This paper mainly analyzes the structural features of the main valve of hydraulic support hydraulic control valve and its programming application in HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 NC programming system as well as HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 programming system. Among them, the main valve deep hole, the group hole, the boss processing process planning and processing technology analysis in detail. HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 system with DMU 85mono BLOCK five-axis machining center to achieve high-speed, high precision and high surface quality machining, and can fully meet the hydraulic support hydraulic valve main valve on the machining accuracy requirements can be widely used in a five-axis CNC machining functions in the machine.
