随着油田开发的不断深入,套损井呈逐年上升趋势,套管不同程度的存在变形、漏点、甚至错断等问题,严重影响了注采井网的不完善及油水井的正常生产和开发效果。如何对套管进行治理修复,首要的工作就是对套管进行检测,找到漏失点,为大修提供准确可靠的数据。目前找漏工艺多种多样,有测流体电阻法、木塞法、井径仪测井法、封隔器试压法、井下视像等。现场施工以封隔器试压找漏为主,该方法施工简单、费用低,而目前我厂普遍应用的475-8封隔器+喷砂器通过泵车打压验漏工艺存在打压停泵后封隔器解封现象,导致验漏结果不可靠。针对该问题,通过现场试验应用K344-114-BY封隔器验漏法、井口测流量验漏法、单封隔器验漏法三种新的验漏工艺,分析对比各种工艺的优缺点,选择简单易行、结果准确的工艺,为以后我厂套管验漏提供技术支撑。
