采用了 MBS、CPE、SBS、SBS- g- MMA等几种弹性体对聚氯乙烯 (PVC) /聚苯乙烯 (PS)共混物进行改性 ,研究了弹性体的含量、种类对共混物的流变行为、相形态、冲击性能的影响。我们发现 ,除 CPE外的另 3种弹性体能促进PVC/SP共混物的相分散 ,添加适量接枝 MMA的 SBS弹性体使共混物的冲击韧性有较大提高。
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) / polystyrene (PS) blends were modified with several elastomers, such as MBS, CPE, SBS and SBS-g-MMA. The effects of elastomer content, Material rheological behavior, phase morphology, impact properties. We found that the other three kinds of elastomers besides CPE can promote the phase dispersion of PVC / SP blends. The addition of SBS elastomer with appropriate amount of MMA improved the impact toughness of blends.
