抗癌复方注射液(220mg生药/kg体重)能显著地同步升高麻醉大鼠的±dp/dtmax、LVSP、SBP、DBP和MAP,缩短t-dp/dtmax,+dp/dtmax比-dp/dtmax上升幅度更大。血压升高时,脉压加大。当±dp/dtmax已明显升高时,心率与给药前无显著差异。抗癌复方注射液(25.8、12.9、6.45μg生药/mL)灌流离体豚鼠心脏,心肌收缩力和冠脉流量均显著增加,灌流10min时,高、中、低浓度心肌收缩力分别增加55.1%、38.4%和20.4%,灌流2min时冠脉流量分别增加36.7%、74.3%和54.8%,灌流后心率无明显变化。抗癌复方注射液(66.2mg生药/kg体重)缓慢静注对麻醉家兔的平均动脉压、心率、心指数和总外周阻力指数无明显影响。
Anti-cancer compound injection (220 mg crude drug/kg body weight) can significantly increase ±dp/dtmax, LVSP, SBP, DBP, and MAP in anesthetized rats, shortening t-dp/dtmax, and +dp/dtmax ratio -dp/ Dtmax increased more.
