目的了解夹夜法、400格法和100格法三者之间的相互关系,探讨合理应用以及为有害鼠类的防制服务。方法第1d使用400格法和100格法,第2d上午收;下午使用夹夜法,第3d上午收夹。结果夹夜法的捕获率与400格法呈正相关(r=0·9617),用夹夜法的捕获率推算400格法的直线回归方程为:Y=1·2223+1·8944x;由400格法的阳性率推算夹夜法的回归方程为:x=0·4882(Y)-0·0360。夹夜法与100格法之间亦呈正相关(r=0·8898),用夹夜法的捕获率推算100格法的回归方程为:Y=6·0436+2·1288x,反之,由100格法的阳性率推算夹夜法的回归方程为:x=0·3719(Y)-0·7335。结论3种调查方法对研究鼠类种群数量变动,昼夜活动规律、鼠情监测、灭鼠成果评价等具有较大的实用价值和经济效益。
Objective To understand the interrelationship between the method of claustrophobia, the method of 400-grid and the method of 100-grid, to explore the rational application and the prevention and control services for the harmful rodents. Method 400d method and 100g method were used in the first day, and closed in the morning in the second day. Results There was a positive correlation between the capture rate and the 400-grid method (r = 0.9617). The linear regression equation of the 400-grid method was calculated using the capture rate of the trapped night method as Y = 1 · 2223 + 1 · 8944x; The regression equation of the positive rate of the grid method is: x = 0.4882 (Y) -0.0360. There was also a positive correlation between nocturnal law and 100-norm law (r = 0.8898). The regression equation of nocturnal law was calculated as follows: Y = 6 · 0436 + 2 · 1288x, on the contrary, The regression equation of the positive rate of the grid method is: x = 0.3719 (Y) -0.7335. Conclusion The three survey methods have great practical value and economic benefits for studying the changes of the number of mice, the circadian rhythm, the monitoring of rodents and the evaluation of rodent control.
